To create your Dream South East Queensland Home, Added Value Building Group will guide you through the Drafting process.



STEP 1 - Prepare the wish list. (eg. The number of rooms required, the orientation, and the sizes.)



STEP 2 - From the wish list, select all the rooms and adjust to standard building sizes.



STEP 3 - Develop the first rough concept positioning of the rooms, considering requirements, environmental impacts and orientation.



STEP 4 - First draft concept plan developed in the computer.



STEP 5 - Adjustments are made in consultation with you to arrive at the final plan.



STEP 6 - You can now view the final plan with typical furniture in the rooms to provie a picture of the layout.



STEP 7 - At this time the "Draft price" is known and compared to your budget. Any adjustments required to meet the budget are done at this point, prior to you making any commitment. At this point, if you don't want to proceed, there is no cost.



STEP 8 - A variety of Overviews, Elevations and Perspectives can be viewed from all angles.



STEP 9 - Roof and Wall colours can be changed, Bricks can be changed, or other materials can be installed to assist in final selections.



STEP 10 - Interior views and virtual walkthroughs can now be generated.
Note:
  • Once committmed to move forward (after Step 7) a definitve fixed price estimate is obtained, and our Gold Card builders best suited for your new home selected.

  • If the fixed price estimate is within the "Draft price" (step 7), the estimate becomes the contract fixed price in the HIA or QMBA Building contract.
